This photo is of Sanaa Yusuf from Fallujah, Iraq. She has sent her through our contact form.
Sanaa is student of graduation in Fallujah. Sanaa writes in her email
that she has noted that many arab girls who joined this site are not
wearing hijab which is not good. Sanaa tells that hijab is must for
every Muslim woman. I am going to tell you what is Hijab? Hijab as a
piece of cloth is derived from the Arabic word for “cover/conceal”. The
common use of hijab is for “head cover” which conceals all but the face
of the woman according the verses of the holy Qur’an 24:31. Rather than
being the symbol of oppression it liberates the women from the sexual
objectification to the status of respect and honour in society.
Well Sanaa thank you so much for sharing really useful knowledge with
our readers. We sure that every woman who read this message will wear
hijab throughout her life.Hadiya And Saaleha From Hims, Syria

Posted by Tabi in Lebanon on 09 27th, 2009 | 6 responses

Haifa Sultan has joined us from Beirut.
She is professionally beautician and running her own beauty parlor.
Today Haifa wants to share some beauty tips with all arab women.
Haifa tells that before using any facial cosmetic, you will need to
find out what skin type you have. Some of the products that you can buy
are different for everyone. You may have sensitive skin, oily skin,
normal skin, or skin that has damage due to the sun and the heat. You
also need to take into account the amount of stress you are under, the
diet you have, any medication you are taking, and the history of skin in
 your family.
Haifa more says that to keep your skin looking its best it is
important o keep it hydrated and moisturizing your face in the morning
and evening is best. There are different types of moisturizer for the
night and a day, as nighttime moisturizers tend to have anti-aging in
products to repair your skin from any weather and wear during the day.
Your daytime moisturizer should contain some sunscreen, particularly if
you do not usually wear sunscreen. In the end Haifa says that remember
it that much of the facial care products today focus on anti-aging and
anti wrinkle. The products that are used tend to come from fruits, nuts
and the sea. Many of the antioxidants and other compounds will not harm
your skin and are all natural and beneficial to your skin.
